Hello Penguins!
There were tons of great comments about your favorite Music Jam places. Linda4778 said:
I dont really know. All of them are amazing!!i think it might be the live music in the lighthouse because you can hear your own music. for example you play the drums and you hear the sound of drums playing. CP ROCKS!!
We think that one's cool because we heard a lot of you say that. So...since so many of you wrote about it, the team's been working to make the Lighthouse stage a place where you'll always be able to hear some of the instruments you play! Thanks Linda4778!
I was looking for today's Reviewed by You question and noticed the article in the Club Penguin Times that talks about Gary the Gadget Guy. He says he wants to change the windows in the Underground---I wonder how he plans to do that? It sounds like he's working on something that will require your help very soon (I'll have an update next week)!! In the meantime, it got me thinking about his inventions. So we want to know: What's your favorite Gary invention - and why?

Happy77 talks tunes (with Screenhog)!
Greetings, Penguins!
Music Jam (I like jam) is all wrapped up, but I think music is always cool to celebrate. We wanted to give you more ways to have fun with it, and if you check out the 101 Days of Fun Offline Activities on the website, you'll see some sheet music. You can use it to learn to play a Club Penguin song! I know Screenhog's really into music so I asked him about it.
Q: We checked out the sheet music - Where can penguins find that song in Club Penguin?
A: You can hear it on the homepage when you click the Tour Guide and start the movie.
Q: The team is doing some work at the Lighthouse stage so that (just like during the Music Jam) we'll be able to hear certain instruments when we play there. What do you think?
A: I'm glad. However, I personally like seeing the songs that penguins play and sing all over Club Penguin even more.
Q: Do you play any instruments? Got any quick tips to share with other musically inclined penguins?
A: Yep, I can play a few - the alto saxophone, a few percussion instruments, but my all-time favorite is the piano. To any of you who play real instruments, keep it up! Find a song and see if you can learn how to play it, or even try and compose your own music. All of Club Penguin's music is made by someone, and maybe someday that someone could be you!
New igloo music ready on Friday... Hope you're still having fun with your bands. I'll never get tired of having really loud igloo parties!
Until then...Waddle on!!

Music Jam a hit!
Hello Penguins!
It's been great to hear how much you loved the Music Jam. We saw tons of awesome bands, and you guys have been really creative all over the island with the music party stuff. A lot of you told us that you liked being able to hear your instruments at the Lighthouse stage. Since we heard from so many of you, we're going to make that a permanent thing. The team is working so that in about a week, anytime you play at the Lighthouse stage with certain instruments, you'll be able to hear them! Let us know what you think.
Even though the Music Jam is officially done, some of the party music will be available in your igloos this Friday. To get ready for the new tracks, check out the latest Better Igloos catalog (it came out just over a week ago), and then decorate with some music items to keep your own party going!
Until then...Waddle on!
New Penguin Color Vote!
Voting started for the brand new penguin color today and already it's pretty busy at the booth:
It'll be there in the Forest until Tuesday, July 28 so check it out before then and cast your ballot to help decide.
I also wanted you know about the three new postcards that are available right now! You can send one to your buddies to try to get them to vote for the same color as you. I've seen penguins all over the island saying which color they want. It's cool.
In Other News: Let us know what you're doing for this last weekend of Music Jam!
Until then...Waddle on!

There were tons of fabulous comments on last week's Reviewed By You post. It was really cool to see what you guys thought about each of the new possible penguin colors. Here's a comment we thought was fun:

Screenhog on Music Jam!
Hey everyone, Screenhog here!
Here's a quick list of some of the things we don't want you to miss at the party:
- If you have an instrument, then you should go to the Lighthouse stage! If you play your drums, tuba, trombone, or any guitar, you can actually hear what you're playing. Just wear the instrument (only the instrument and no other items) and dance!
- The Underground Cave has a floor piano! Step on a key. Oh, and the switch on the wall lets you hear other penguins!
- There are musical icicles in the Mine. Mouse over them!
- Battle of the Bands at the Snow Forts! The stages are connected to a meter and the one with the most penguins wins!
- The Music Maker 3000 is back! Last year it was in the Dojo but this time it's near the Snow Forts. Bring some friends and play giant musical instruments.
- Keep checking out the big stage at the Dock as it plays music from all of the other stages. (It's also the entrance to the Backstage.)
We hope you're having a lot of fun. Let us know your favorite things at the party!
Until then...Waddle on!

My favourite Stage is definitely the one in the Coffee Shop. Last year, it was called Sparkle-Rock.
Most of you are excited about the Backstage. Here is how you get there. First, you go to the Snow Forts and waddle over to the Shirt Stall. Buy a VIP Pass from there.
Then you go to the Dock and enter backstage.
This is what the backstage looks like.
At the marked area on the image, thats where the Music Catalogue is.
There’s a hidden black guitar in the Catalogue. Click the “O” in “Catalog” to get it.
Also, Click the “i” in “Music” to get the snare drum and drumsticks.
Well, thats about it. Oh, I forgot to mention that the VIP Pass also lets you go to the Roof of the NightClub. The Free Item there is a Beatbox.
Well, thats about it. Enjoy the rest of the party.

Happy77 Talks Music Decor
Greetings, Penguins!
The Music Jam Party starts this Friday and there are some amazing band rehearsals happening all over the island. It's so cool to see you guys getting ready. I saw the pic of the Lighthouse from Billybob's Monday post - pretty impressive. It made me so excited to actually see the party and I wanted to talk to someone on the team who worked on the decorations.
Q: I know there are a lot of different music stages for this party. Which one was the most fun to work on? A: All the stages were great to work on, but if I had to pick a favorite I'd say the big stage at the dock. It changes themes throughout the party.
Q: How did you come up with all the different decorations? A: The focus was kept on two things, music stages and things that make noise. So there are different stages, but also some cool noise-making surprises!
Q: I heard rumors about a chocolate fountain in one of the backstage areas. Is that true? A: Wait! There's a chocolate fountain Backstage!?!? Golly, look at the time, I better. . . umm. . . get back to work. . . at the Backstage. . .
Party starts Friday! Have fun and let us know what you think of how the island looks!
Until then...Waddle on!

Super Blue Team Band
Note: This post is property of my website, The Club Penguin Super Blue Team
Since the Music Jam is coming, I have planned something special for the Club Penguin Super Blue Team (My website)
Yes! You have the chance to be a member of the Super Blue team band. They will make a performance during the Music Jam. And during the performance, we will be filming them so they appear on an episode of Super Blue Team TV (My TV Series)
Here’s how you enter:
You need to have one of these instruments: Trumpet, Accordian, Keytar, Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Drumsticks, Maracas.
We only need one of each instrument. So it is a first come, first served basis. Then, you need to send an email to bluebirdboy1@live.co.uk with these questions answered:
What is your CP name: What instrument do you own: Give a valid email so that I can contact you: What Country/State do you live in, and what Time Zone: Are you able to perform during the Music Jam?:
About 4-7 penguins will be selected to join the Super Blue Team Band. You have until Thursday 16th July 2009 to send in your application.
